How to buy?

How does it work?

Thousand of products are available in our offer. Pressure gauges, pressure gauges with membrane deaerators, milk separators, etc., pressure transducers for sanitary and highly hazardous areas, Pt100 temperature sensors, thermocouples, and relief valves.

After receiving the order, we process it immediately. We ship your order as soon as possible depending on your payment and delivery method. If you have chosen a payment method other than wire transfer, we will forward the package to the supplier on the same or next business day so that you can receive your products no later than three business days after the order has been placed.

We have three delivery methods to choose from:

• in-store pickup, 
• UPS,
• Inpost packer locker (new!).

In addition, we offer you three payment methods:

• wire transfer,
• cash on delivery, 
• Dotpay & Blik (new!).

You can pick up your order in person at our outlet or we'll deliver it to you to any address in Europe.

If you make a mistake in your order, you can exercise your right to a refund within 14 days (more information under terms and conditions)

How to make a purchase?

• First, find the products you are interested in. You can do this by entering the name in the search bar or by selecting the right section category.
• If you found a product you want to buy, click "add to cart" in the product description next to its price.
• If you want to include another product, proceed in the same way as before.
• Afterwards, follow the shopping cart instructions. In the next steps, select the delivery and payment method, and complete the form by providing your address details.
• After completing the order, you will receive an email about the order number along with details of the products ordered. If you find any inaccuracies, please contact us as soon as possible.
